Hello I had the exact same thing happen yesterday. Using the up button, those screens are entitled "bootloader logs" in white letters, then "qcom" in red, then "bp tools" in red, then "factory" in red, then "power off" in white, "recovery mode" in red, "restart bootloader" in red, "start" in green, "barcodes" in white,"switch tools mode" in white, and finally back around again to bootloader logs. Is there a link to a website to resolve this issue Apparently, this isn't a rare occurance Then, I plugged in the charger and after about ten minutes, tried to start the phone. I've tried I have used both Verizon Tech support tier 3 and Moto Tech support tier 2. This Will Not work with the phone in this mode. I am fully familiar with wiping cache and performing a factory reset. It displays the following error message Brand new phone.

It had a new update from Motorola that started to install automatically When complete it asked me to restart my device so I did. I attached a picture of the bootloader logs once it's connected via usb.I attempted to restore my files using my Google account.

I tried looking for the software online and found a link to a fellow xda member but the windows version doesn't work. The reason this happened is because I had my phone rooted then stupidly installed the factory update then tried to root again once I found out that after the install my phone wasn't rooted anymore.ĭo you know a way around this? Hey guys i'm currently having an issue where i used tried updating with Kies and now im stuck in a odin screen displaying "Firmware Upgrade encountered an issue. Yes, you're the man! This worked for me as well. I had the same problem and flashing the PIT file in Odin is what fixed it.
